What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We offer flexible MOQ to accommodate different business sizes. For standard products, the MOQ starts from 1 carton (typically 36-72 rolls depending on specifications). For custom products (special width, printing, or die-cutting), we can start with as few as 100 rolls for initial evaluation. We always recommend starting with a sample order to validate performance before scaling.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our products are tested by SGS and comply with RoHS and REACH regulations. We can provide test reports upon request. For specific industry certifications (automotive IATF 16949, UL listings, etc.), please contact us to discuss your requirements -- we can arrange targeted testing for your application.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard products in stock ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders (special sizes, printing, die-cutting) typically require 7-14 business days for production. International shipping via sea freight takes 15-35 days depending on destination; express air freight is available for urgent orders (3-7 days). We provide tracking information for all shipments.
Can you provide free samples before ordering?
Yes! We provide free samples of our standard products -- you only pay for shipping. For custom specifications, we can produce small-batch samples (usually at cost) so you can validate adhesion, temperature resistance, and compatibility with your substrates before committing to a full order. Most samples ship within 5-7 business days.
What if the tape doesn't perform as expected?
We stand behind our products. If you experience adhesion issues, we'll work with you on root-cause analysis -- examining substrate preparation, application temperature, and environmental factors. If it's a product defect, we offer replacement or credit. Our technical team can also recommend formulation adjustments or alternative grades to better match your specific application requirements.
Do you support OEM/ODM and custom printing?
Absolutely. We offer full OEM/ODM services including custom widths (5mm-1200mm), custom lengths, branded core printing, outer packaging with your logo, and full-surface tape printing (up to 4 colors). We can also develop custom adhesive formulations for unique bonding challenges. Our engineering team will work directly with your specifications.
